Five days — really?
Yes: five working days from kickoff to delivery, whichever sprint it is — consulting, brand, a shoot, a month of content, or a website. It works because the scope is fixed before we start, and we only work in systems we already know inside out. The one thing that can move the date is waiting on you — so we tell you exactly what we need on day one.
What does the Consult sprint actually cover?
Whatever your business actually needs, worked through with you over five days: the idea itself, pricing and margin, packaging and materials, where to source from, who to sell to and through which channel, and a written plan for scaling once it's working. It's hands-on and specific to your numbers — not a generic strategy deck you file away.
Do I have to sign a long contract for content?
No. Start with a one-off Content Sprint at R10 000 — a shoot day and a full month of content, no commitment, nothing to cancel. If you want the next month, you move onto a monthly plan. Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days notice. There's no twelve-month lock-in, ever.
What actually happens on a shoot day?
We arrive with a shot list agreed in advance and spend four to six hours at your premises capturing stills and video — your product, your space, your team at work, and pieces to camera if you want them. You keep trading; we work around you. You get the finished, edited selects, not a dump of raw files to sort through yourself.
Who owns the photos and video?
You do. Every delivered image and video is yours outright, in perpetuity, for any commercial use — website, social, print, paid ads, packaging. We ask only to show the work in our own portfolio, and you can decline that in writing with no effect on anything else.
Do you post the content for me, or just hand it over?
Either. On Starter we hand over a scheduled month of finished posts and captions for you to approve and publish. On Growth and Full we publish on your behalf and manage the accounts — you approve the whole month in one sitting and then don't think about it again.
How does payment work?
No payment is ever taken on this website. You send a brief, we confirm scope and a start date in writing, then we send a secure payment link — sprints are 50% to book and 50% on delivery; monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Custom projects are quoted and agreed upfront.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
For websites, content, strategy and design — yes. We work remotely and async across timezones and accept international payments, and ZAR pricing is exactly why the same work costs a fraction of local agency rates. Photography and video need us physically present, so shoot days are South Africa only unless you're covering travel.
What if I don't have a brand, copy, or a logo yet?
That's normal, and it's covered. We write and polish the copy from your brief, shoot what you don't have, and set your name in clean type if you have no logo. If you want the identity built properly rather than patched, that's its own five-day sprint — see Brand Sprint.
What happens if you miss day five?
If the delay is on our side, you don't pay for the extra time — we keep working until it's delivered, at the price we agreed. The date only moves if we're still waiting on something from you, and we'll have flagged that in writing long before day five.
What's not included?
Paid ad spend itself, complex web applications, custom back-office software, broadcast-scale video production, and influencer fees are all outside our plans. If that's what you need, start a conversation and we'll scope it properly.
